  1. Tax Forms & Commission Payments

Rapid Crush, Inc. requires all approved affiliates to provide valid and complete tax forms prior to any payments being made.  US Citizens and  Residents (or business entities) must provide a W9 form, while those outside of the US (individuals or business entities) must provide a W-8BEN form.

All tax form information must match the information in your affiliate account.  Failure to provide accurate and complete information may delay commissions payments until the next payment cycle.

Commission payments are made every Tuesday for transactions up to and including 45 calendar days prior.  Should Tuesday be a banking holiday, commissions will be paid on the next business day.

Commissions will never be paid for “self-referrals.”  Sales to the affiliate, an immediate family member, an employee or principal in the same business of the affiliate, or anyone residing in the same household as the affiliate are all considered to be “self-referrals” and will not earn an affiliate commission.

Before any payment is released an affiliate must refer at least 3 sales that have not been refunded or filed a charged back.  The minimum commission payout amount is $50.  Affiliates who have have referred less than 3 sales and/or have earned less than $50 in commissions will have their earnings held until the next payment cycle, until the minimum number of referred sales is met and earned payout amount has reached the minimum $50 threshold.  All commissions are paid in US Dollars.

Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative charge of $5 per pay cycle after 90 days of no earnings, $10 per pay cycle after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay cycle after 365 days of no earnings.  Dormant accounts will never be charged dormant fees that exceed the positive balance in the affiliate account.

Payments can be made to you via PayPal or wire transfer.  For payments made via wire transfer a $25 administrative fee will apply and will be deducted from your commission at the time payment is issued. To request a  wire transfer, you must contact us at no later than the 15th of the month for disbursements due the following month.  We highly encourage affiliates to accept payments via PayPal.

  1. Access to Affiliate Account Interface

When you submit your affiliate application, you will select a username and password which you will use to login to the Kartra.com website where you can view your earned commissions and payments.

Protecting your username and password is your responsibility.  Any action performed in the system by anyone logged in with your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.

If you experience login issues or any other issues while at the Kartra.com website, please contact Kartra.com support directly as Rapid Crush, Inc. does not have the ability to manage your login information.
